People & Culture Business Partner

As a maternity leave cover, we are looking for a P&C Business Partner to join us for the next 24 months, connecting the needs of the business with the potential of our people and actively shaping the future of our people strategy.

• Strategic and operational workforce planning in close collaboration with the executives under our care, as well as ensuring recruitment and staffing that meet organizational needs
• Comprehensive support for executives and employees on all HR-related matters—including advice on labor law, conflict resolution, and termination processes
• Supporting the employee life cycle—from contract management and onboarding through compensation and professional development to succession planning, talent management, and offboarding
• Managing and further developing HR processes and tools, including in workplace integration management and for employee assignments abroad
• Consulting and support for employee development initiatives, including the design, planning, and implementation of training programs and other development formats
• Collaboration and assumption of responsibility in P&C projects and special topics to ensure the continuous improvement of our HR services, processes, and activities

• Degree or vocational training with continuing education focused on HR or a comparable field
• Ideally, 3 years of professional experience in a generalist P&C role
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP Success Factors is a plus
• Great German and English skills are required
