Human Resources Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To lead the delivery of the global HR strategy at a local level.

As a business partner, the HR Manager is responsible for providing functional expertise on all areas of the employee lifecycle – from attracting talent, succession planning and retention; to employee relations, performance management, organizational design and development; ensuring all policies and procedures are relevant and communicated effectively, and Managers are equipped to deal with people related matters; compensation and statutory regulations.

The HR manager will work close with the International HR colleagues on projects aligned to the People Strategy.

This is a standalone role with autonomy to work as part of the site Management team in delivering on global and local KPIs.

• University degree in business, human resources or related field
• - desirable Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience; previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus Minimum of 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience Extensive xayajpt works council knowledge, union interactions is a plus Change management experience, preferred Excel knowledge HR Analytical Skills Fluent in English and German
