Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Bereich Industrial Project Management eine studentische Aushilfe (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Reinbek.

• Unterstützung in der Planung und Organisation von Projekt-Aktivitäten
• Vorbereitung von Reportings und Präsentationen für das Management und weitere Stakeholders
• Erfassung von Projekt-Timelines und Deliverables
• Mitwirken in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Unterstützung der Projektziele
• Verstehen und Anwenden von Projektmanagementmethoden und
  -werkzeugen, die in der pharmazeutischen Industrie verwendet werden

• Assist the Project Management team in the management of multiple projects in the Industrial Operations Area of the Company
• Assisting the project manager in planning and organizing project activities.
• Preparing project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Learning about project management methodologies and tools used in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Hochschulstudium mit pharmazeutischem, naturwissenschaftlichem, ingenieurtechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenverantwortung, Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Hands‑on‑Mentalität und analytisches Denken
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, speziell Word, Excel, Outlook
