We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer for a client in the pharmaceutical industry in Biberach. We value equal opportunities and welcome applications from people with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include: actively participating in the development and establishment of structures within a newly created Compliance team; planning, coordinating, and tracking compliance topics; working on projects for the harmonization, optimization, and standardization of SOPs in the area of Clinical Supply;

creating, revising, structurally reorganizing, and functionally adapting SOPs; aligning the SOP landscape in Clinical Supply with other areas within Development and with global guidelines; creating individual and overarching curricula/learning packages for Clinical Supply employees; actively addressing inconsistencies in quality-related incidents/procedures/processes; and preparing for, participating in, and following up on internal and interdepartmental meetings related to compliance topics.

• Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium der Fachrichtung Biotechnologie, Chemie oder Pharmazie mit Berufserfahrung, alternativ relevante Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in der biopharmazeutischen Entwicklung, Produktion oder technischen Bereichen
• Tiefgreifendes technisches Verständnis von Produktionsbereichen und Prozessen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist,Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
• Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, geprägt von hoher Eigeninitiative, proaktivem Denken und Handeln
