Operative QC Laboratory Manager

Your mission

• GMP Release Testing for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Finished Drug Products (Solid Dosage Forms)

• Conducting method transfers and contract analyses

• Active participation in day-to-day laboratory operations (conducting qualifications, validations, data evaluation, and documentation)

• Organizing laboratory operations (coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing daily laboratory processes)

• Primary technical point of contact for the laboratory team (5 laboratory technicians)

Required Education
(at least one of the following qualifications)

• Training:
  Training as a (chemical) laboratory technician with at least 10 years of practical laboratory experience

• Degree: A successfully completed degree in chemistry or pharmacy with at least 5 years of professional experience in quality control

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Extensive expertise in the chemical analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished products (small molecules)

• Experience in handling and performing contract analysis

• Experience with Lab Vantage/LIMS, Agilent/Open Lab, and Mettler Toledo/LabX is preferred

• Solid experience in a GMP environment and in preparing GMP documents

• Confident demeanor when providing technical leadership, guidance, or mentoring to laboratory staff

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
