Scientific Expertise & Technical Leadership

You act as a subject matter expert for specialized scientific topics across the global organization, providing expert guidance and supporting informed decision-making. Through your deep scientific knowledge, you contribute to the consistent application of best practices and the advancement of scientific excellence.

Scientific Assessment & Risk Management

You conduct comprehensive scientific assessments to evaluate complex challenges and opportunities. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, performing detailed analyses, and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure robust and sustainable outcomes.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

You lead or support complex troubleshooting activities and drive thorough root cause investigations. By applying a structured and analytical approach, you identify underlying issues, develop corrective actions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and scientific standards.

Documentation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

You oversee the creation, review, and lifecycle management of critical scientific documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements. In addition, you work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to promote the consistent application of scientific standards and foster effective collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Education & Professional Experience

You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine. In addition, you bring at least seven years of relevant professional experience and have successfully applied your expertise in complex scientific and business environments.

Scientific Expertise & Analytical Skills

You possess strong expertise in scientific evaluation, risk assessment, and problem-solving methodologies. By combining analytical thinking with a structured approach, you are able to assess complex situations, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions to support sound decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

You have extensive experience working in cross-functional environments and excel at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to build trusted relationships, align different perspectives, and drive successful outcomes across organizational functions.

Organizational & Industry Exposure

Ideally, you have experience working within matrix organizations and are familiar with navigating complex reporting structures and international business environments. Exposure to external scientific communities, industry associations, or regulatory networks further enhances your ability to operate effectively in highly regulated and collaborative settings.
