Associate – Funds | Luxembourg

A leading international law firm in Luxembourg is seeking a talented Associate to join its Funds team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with partners and high-profile clients, while contributing to innovative legal strategies in the fund space.

Handle regulatory matters, including fund setups from structuring to complex closings, investor due diligence, and legal opinions.

Support the setup of MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries, or Fund Administrations.

Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to innovative strategies.

Work in a structured and supportive environment that encourages professional development.

Registered with the Luxembourg bar or another EU bar.

Minimum 3 years’ post‑qualification experience in funds law, or significant in‑house experience in Luxembourg.

Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory legislation and fund operations.

Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate with regulators and clients.

Bilingual or multilingual, fluent in English and French;
German is a plus.

Organized, autonomous, flexible, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
