We are growing our AI Development Team and looking for an additional Senior AI Software Engineer Python to join CuJu in the beginning of 2026.

As a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and AI you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing CUJUs scalable, reliable and future‑proof technology architecture. You’ll be at the core of building AI‑powered solutions that directly impact the future of sports talent identification.

• Design and implement the overall AI‑driven software architecture.
• Write clean, production‑ready Python code and champion best practices.
• Build and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines.
• Define and implement release strategies (blue / green, canary, rolling updates).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams and data scientists.

• 7 years in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience in system architecture and distributed applications.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and their integration into scalable products.
• Strong grasp of design patterns, clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Hands‑on expertise with CI / CD, cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with microservices and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Terraform and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects or technical publications.
