Lindauer DORNIER GmbH is seeking a Senior Softwareentwickler C/C++ (m/w/d) to join its experienced development team in Lindau.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of software for industrial weaving machines, with a particular focus on sophisticated control and drive functions. You will take projects from requirements and specification through implementation, integration, testing, documentation, and software release.

The position also offers the opportunity to take technical responsibility for subprojects, coordinate technical activities, and contribute to innovative machine functions.

• Develop and enhance software for industrial weaving machines, particularly control and drive functions.
• Manage project-related software activities from requirements analysis and specification through implementation, integration, testing, documentation, and release.
• Develop innovative strategies and methods for new machine functions.

• Coordinate technical activities within software development projects.

• Completed degree in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in software development for technical applications, embedded systems, or control functions within mechanical and plant engineering.
• Advanced programming skills in C/C++.
• Experience with real-time operating systems.
• Knowledge of industrial communication and bus systems such as CAN and Real-Time Ethernet.
