Software Developer – Platform

• Actively help shape and develop the next generation of the company’s in-house rapid application platform and development environment
• Develop technical concepts based on business requirements
• Independently implement and further develop software components
• Develop applications using Java and Type Script
• Design, implement, and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Analyze and resolve software defects
• Continuously improve code quality
• Document technical solutions and developments
• Take ownership of tickets and developed components
• Actively contribute to the Scrum team and bring your own ideas and perspectives

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience following a degree or vocational training, ideally in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience with Type Script or JavaScript, or a willingness to develop further in these technologies
• Good understanding of software architecture and complex technical relationships
• Experience with automated testing and debugging
• Structured and self-directed approach to work
• Willingness to learn new technologies and subject areas
• Good German language skills (at least C1 level) for team communication
• Willingness to work 2–3 days per week from the office in Geisenhausen

Demonstrates strong proficiency in Java and Type Script, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture. Capable of developing, testing, and maintaining software components while effectively collaborating within a Scrum team.
