Soccer Referee / Line Judge

Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Job Location: Ramstein Air Base Soccer Fields – KMC, Germany

The candidate shall have in minimum:

• Certification from a recognized soccer governing body such as FIFA or U.S. Soccer Federation.

• Experience of ficiating recreational or competitive soccer matches.

• Knowledge of FIFA Laws of the Game (current edition).

• Physical fitness and ability to cover the field effectively.

• Strong decision‑making and conflict‑resolution skills.

The candidate must:

• Serve as center referee or line judge during soccer matches and tournaments.

• Ensure all matches are played safely and according to FIFA rules.

• Make impartial calls on fouls, offsides, and scoring decisions.

• Report scores, player conduct, and any incidents to the SPM after each event.

• Postpone games in case of lightning, unsafe field conditions, or poor visibility.
