CRM Sales Consultant

Overview

To strengthen our Digital Customer Experience team at Belimo in Großröhrsdorf, we are looking for a CRM Expert with in-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics. In this position, you will work at the interface between sales, IT and customer experience and make a significant contribution to the optimization of our international processes.

• Support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the context of customer journey, campaign management and opportunity processes
• Support of key users, processing of support and change requests as well as ensuring data quality including SAP synchronization
• Coordination and optimization of cross-system sales processes in cooperation with SAP specialists (e.g. lead-to-order)
• Planning and implementation of training courses as well as maintenance of user documentation and process documents
• Participation in system extensions, rollouts as well as reporting and dashboard requirements in the sales environment

• You have a university degree and job-specific IT training in the CRM environment
• You have several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical environment
• You are very familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You have a deep understanding of sales-related processes and digital customer management
• You work in a structured manner and are team-oriented
• You communicate confidently in English, knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
