B. Braun Avitum AG, we are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Export International department, responsible for managing sales activities in the Eastern Europe region. You will support our customers and distributors in the fields of wound management, stoma care, continence care, urology, and hygiene management (WOC IPC), actively contributing to international growth.

- Full responsibility for direct and distributor sales as well as managing sales activities in Eastern Europe
- Business development in the WOC IPC segment
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures with local sales organizations
- Preparation of market analyses, business plans, and forecasts
- Budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of key performance indicators (sales volume, revenue, contribution margin)
- Negotiation of terms and conditions, preparation of offers and distribution agreements including target agreements
- Close collaboration with Supply Chain Management, Marketing and other interfaces to ensure product availability
- Customer support during plant visits and participation in congresses and trade fairs
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or degree in business administration
- Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Good knowledge of SAP and confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
- Fluent English skills, additional languages are an advantage
