As Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the DACH region, you will support the growth of advertising revenue across DAZN Media while developing your commercial and media expertise. Working closely with senior sales colleagues, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll help manage agency and brand relationships and contribute to expanding partnerships across multiple revenue streams. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle, from market research and proposal development through to campaign delivery and client servicing.
Based in Munich, it’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow within a dynamic sports media environment.
- Supporting the management and growth of agency and advertiser relationships in the DACH market
- Assisting in delivering sales and revenue targets across DAZN products, including OTT, You Tube, and podcasts
- Helping to develop proposals and integrated advertising solutions for clients and RFPs
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and insight development
- Generating sales activity through outreach, meetings, and proposal support
- Building strong knowledge of DAZN Group’s advertising products and solutions
- Collaborating closely with sales leadership and internal teams to support forecasts and revenue goals
- First experience in the media industry or a relevant academic background, with a strong passion for sport
- Interest in TV, OTT, digital, or programmatic advertising
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to work to deadlines
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in a performance-driven team
