As a Senior Sales Executive Automation
, you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and winning new customers within defined market segments.

• Developing and expanding existing customer accounts
• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Understanding customer challenges and developing the right technical solutions
• Managing the commercial and technical aspects of the sales process
• Leading negotiations and supporting tenders
• Developing account plans and sales forecasts
• Representing ATS at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events
• Working closely with our management, engineering and Service Delivery teams

• Several years of experience in technical sales / business development
• Strong background in industrial automation or electrical engineering
• Experience with areas such as SCADA/HMI, PLC, process automation, system integration or process control systems
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries
• Alternatively, strong project experience in automation combined with the motivation to move into sales
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally
