Private Capital Onboarding​/Business Intelligence Consultant

Mission Overview

We are looking for a confirmed consultant (5–7 years’ experience) to support Private Capital onboarding activities within a large international financial services environment. The role focuses on the implementation, coordination, and control of onboarding and fund‑related events, while ensuring data quality, process compliance, and timely reporting.

The assignment is project‑based with strong interaction across operational, governance, and audit stakeholders.

• Participate in the implementation of fund events (e.g. new funds, compartments, mergers) and perform related controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely set‑up of onboarding data within internal systems.
• Perform sanity checks on configurations and implementations.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper communication and global notices to operational users during onboarding projects.
• Actively participate in project governance forums.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate information within required timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controls, processes, and tools; escape issues when identified.
• Support knowledge management, including the production of user guides.
• Train and support less senior team members.

• Core Systems: eFront FIA / MFGA

• Proven experience leading or contributing to Private Capital onboarding projects.
• Strong understanding of Private Capital operations and lifecycle.

• Client onboarding within a financial services or asset servicing context.
• Project management exposure within operational environments.

• Hands‑on experience with eFront FIA / MFGA.

• English and French required.
• German is a strong asset.
