Overview
Advantest is driving a global business process engineering and digital transformation journey that is essential to achieving sustainable business growth.
The Global Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that these transformations are effectively adopted across the organization and that the intended business value is fully realized.
This role is accountable for the development of strategy, execution, and value realization of change management and communication across large-scale, cross-functional, and global transformation initiatives. Working closely with business, IT, and executive stakeholders, the role ensures alignment in the direction of the transformation, and drives both execution and successful adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop, own and drive global change management and communication strategies end to end across cross organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives, timelines, and business objectives, and delivering measurable business value and outcomes.
- Monitor, assess, and interpret the global impact of change on employees, proactively identifying adoption risks and driving prioritized mitigation actions, while continuously improving change effectiveness through lessons learned, data driven insights, and adoption metrics.
- Drive global stakeholder engagement across executives, regions, and functions, defining and executing communication approaches that ensure alignment, commitment, accountability, and sustained buy in across cultures and regions.
- Build and deploy scalable global training and enablement solutions that accelerate adoption and embed new ways of working across the organization.
- Champion and elevate awareness of change management as a critical and essential discipline within global transformation programs.
- International travel (approximately twice a year) may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Digital Transformation, Operations, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrated experience (7+ years) successfully leading and delivering large scale, global change management initiatives across complex, cross functional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, not just activities, including adoption, engagement, and business value realization.
- Strong expertise in organizational development and change theory within a global context.
- Strong foundation in core project management practices, including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives across regions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks within an international context.
- Demonstrated mental resilience and the ability to remain accountable and perform effectively under high pressure conditions.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including tools for communication, collaboration, and presentation.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel communication approaches, including the effective use of videos, SharePoint landing pages, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or formal education in organizational development, change management, or leadership.
