RoleSummary
The Senior Project Manager – Retail Operations holds global accountability for design, governance, and continuous evolution of a compliant, scalable, and increasingly automated order entry processing, including prescription validation framework within XRX Business Unit. The role combines strategic governance architecture with structured operational oversight of respective service center execution.
Responsibilities- Own global order entry process for D2C and B2B, including prescription validation, escalation, compliance, and governance framework.
- Lead global service center performance: capacity planning, SLA monitoring, quality, productivity and efficiency improvements aligned with growth and automation.
- Design and govern automation roadmap and workflow architecture, translating business rules into scalable, auditable systems with IT and Regulatory.
- Drive cross‑functional governance and prioritization with Process Owners, IT, Compliance, Data Protection, and Commercial to manage risks and system enhancements.
- Manage senior B2B customer engagement on prescription validation, aligning solutions with governance, strategy, and budget.
- Own global KPI framework for prescription validation, defining reporting standards and enabling data‑driven decisions across regions.
- Lead end‑to‑end customer solution development: analyze needs, define requirements, coordinate IT/operations, and ensure quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience consulting, product/process excellence, transformation, or regulated environments.
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional initiatives involving IT, Operations, Compliance, and delivering end‑to‑end IT‑enabled process solutions.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries; AI‑driven process models considered a strong plus.
- Skilled in structuring complex customer requirements into scalable process and IT solutions, and working in agile software/system development environments.
- Strong governance mindset with ability to design scalable operating models, KPIs, and control mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Regulatory) and drive performance, capacity alignment, and efficiency improvements.
- Fluent in English with willingness to travel.
