About The Role
As a Business Operations Manager, you will drive the strategic and operational excellence of our Center of Excellence (CoE). Your primary focus will be on driving the CoE’s business processes including strategy creation, budget cycles, stakeholder management and communication. You will ensure that the CoE strategy execution is in line with stakeholder expectation and provide critical business data, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement for CoE operations.
Special focus will be given to increasing the cost awareness in the CoE to earn internal customer trust and maintain our long term value proposition. This includes tracking and reporting of CoE impact KPIs internally and externally.
This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders like SBUs, other Business Operations functions, Corporate Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, People and the CoE internal leadership team.
What You Will Do- Run all CoE Business Operation processes and continuously improve by integrating internal and external stakeholder viewpoints
- Lead the CoE’s functional strategy creation and track execution
- Communicate strategy execution to key stakeholders and drive adjustments as needed
- Establish an effective communication strategy for CoE activities and drive consistent reporting
- Establish strong network with the Automotive Sustainability team and implement sustainability strategy in the CoE functional strategy
- Collaborate with leadership and support functions to define and implement best-in‑class analytics for transparent and accurate business insights.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and drive alignment.
- Minimum of 10 years handling complex multi-dimensional stakeholder projects
- Minimum of 5 years in reporting of project impact to key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization.
- Business fluent in English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Qlik or similar platforms.
- Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel
