GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER – FINANCE & CONTROLLING (m/w/d)

Dynapac Business Process Manager (BPM) is a functional/business position focused on the main stream business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP4

Hana and the relevant applications used within Dynapac Product Companies (PCs), Customer Centers (CCs), and Distribution Centers (DDCs). The current BPM Finance will leave the company and we are searching for a successor.

The BPM will have full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain, and will create common, harmonized solutions that are shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, processes from end-to-end. You are a key member within the Dynapac IT Team with global responsibility and report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications.

Experience Requirements & Knowledge:

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required
• Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs
• Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer Center is a plus
• Good skills in project management
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
• Good understanding/knowledge of ERP
• Hands on knowledge of SAP4

• Fluent both spoken and written in English
• Excellent presentation skills
