Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Own commercial operations and trading activities for  direct-to-consumer business
• Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for the channel
• Support creation and oversight of the overall promotional strategy for
• Drive key initiatives and complex cross‑functional projects
• Define and monitor business KPIs, ensure stable operational processes
• Identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and process improvements
• Coordinate activities amongst relevant teams – Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing to ensure a unified and relevant customer experience
• Identify, assess and create proposals for new opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project‑manage implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
• First relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in eCommerce or the Digital Industry
• Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes and KPIs
• Strong analytical skills – ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports
• Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in English; fluency in German or another European language is a plus
