As the internal consulting unit of the Allianz Group, we partner with operating entities worldwide to drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence - and here, you grow fast and take ownership early.

• Work with client teams, taking ownership of defined tasks and work packages, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and timely achievement of milestones
• Support organizational transformation initiatives, including operating model evolution, governance design, ways of working optimization, and capability development
• Analyze organizational structures, processes, decision mechanisms, and collaboration models to derive clear, actionable improvement recommendations
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across functions to support the implementation of agreed transformation initiatives
• Coordinate project activities, align with key stakeholders, and contribute to effective project and timeline management
• Contribute to business development activities and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Strengthen Allianz Consulting expertise through internal projects, knowledge sharing, and active contribution to the consulting community

• University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, psychology or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Your passion and experience in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture or in one or more areas of Human Resources
• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
