- Identify, analyze, and continuously improve processes across Science operations
- Drive the development of robust and future-oriented process solutions and standardize best practices
- Define and track KPIs and build dashboards and performance reviews together with operational teams
- Conduct root cause analyses and facilitate structured problem-solving initiatives
- Lead cross-functional and company-wide projects to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with GxP requirements
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, continuous improvement, and performance management (e.g. KPI frameworks)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving end-to-end process optimization
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex topics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and promote a continuous improvement culture
