• A completed master's degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience or relevant internships in industry, management consulting, strategy, controlling, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Analysis of business performance, profitability, markets, and competitors
• Identification of opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement
• Independently managing selected strategic and special projects
• Contributing to topics such as portfolio optimization, cost optimization, M&A, market entry, and new business models
• Analysis of complex issues and development of well-founded recommendations for action
• Preparation of business cases, decision-making documents, and management presentations
• Coordinating international project participants and overseeing implementation
• Close collaboration with management, regional offices, and the Finance, Operations, R&D, Business Development, and other departments
