This vital role is offering our customers exceptional support in the field (area Benelux - based west of Northrhine-Westphalia/Germany preferrable) by delivering the required services and support to ensure they have the capability to utilize our products fully at their site.
- Provide technical repair and maintenance services for endotoxin, rapid bioburden and microbial detection laboratory instruments at customer sites
- Schedule and conduct on‑site service visits in an assigned region for product installation, qualification, routine preventive maintenance and product performance analysis
- Provide technical support and problem resolution to customers via phone, email or on‑site
- Complete all required field service activities and documentation as assigned based on specific product, customer and/or standard operating procedures
- Assist sales representatives with product demonstrations, new customer training and product validations
- Responsible for completing all service and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies - cGMP and FDA
- Responsible for resolving service issues with customer test lab equipment
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences;
Microbiology, Biology or Chemistry - Minimum of 1 years of related experience (Field Service, technical, laboratory or research)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Ability to manage daily schedule, trips and administrative tasks independently and work in a fast‑paced environment
- German and English verbal and written (A1/B2 Level)
- Driving license
