Salary structure includes:
• Basic Salary
• Market Allowance (% of basic salary)
• Professional Allowance (% of basic salary)
• Transport Allowance – 1,250 QAR/month
• GSM Allowance – 500 QAR/month
Additional Benefits (Over and Above Salary)

🎓 Schooling allowance
21,000 QAR per child per academic year
(up to 3 children aged 5–18)
✈ Annual flights
Employee, spouse and up to 3 children
🌴 Annual leave
50 days per year

Provided for joining and repatriation
🎓 Conference entitlement
Up to 9 days including travel once eligible
