• Management and Organization of the Front Office Department—Overall Responsibility for the Reception Desk, Reservations, and Switchboard.
• Leadership, scheduling, and professional development of the reception team.
• Front Office & Reservations:
  Responsible for room allocation, reservations, guest data management, price discipline, guest correspondence, and the coordination of individual and group arrivals.
• Quality & Administration:
  Ensuring professional guest service, managing reservations, handling cash register operations and day-to-day business, preparing reports and statistics, and providing administrative support to management.
• Teamwork & Responsibility:
  Actively collaborating with the team, participating in department head meetings, providing cross-departmental support, and complying with legal and internal guidelines.

• Experience in front office management or a comparable leadership position.
• Proficiency in using hotel software (ideally Guestline).
• Excellent hospitality skills; communicative, professional, and solution-oriented.
• A structured approach to work, a sense of responsibility, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of hotel processes, shift procedures, and administrative procedures.
• A professional appearance, flexibility, and a passion for providing guest service.
