- Preparation of dishes for our 5-course menus and themed buffets
- preparation of mise-en-place
- Independent work and guidance of the kitchen team in consultation with the head chef
- creation and planning of dishes
- Compliance with all health and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Successfully completed training as a chef and experience in upscale gastronomy (preferably with toque or star experience, but not a requirement)
- Loyalty and professionalism in dealing with demanding guests
- Independent and careful way of working
- Good knowledge of German
- Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, ability to work in a team and willingness to help
