We are seeking a skilled Construction Procurement Support professional to join our team and assist with procurement activities related to construction projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.

• Review tender packages to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Evaluate offers and bids from suppliers and contractors, assessing their suitability and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making in supplier selection and contract awards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and adherence to contract terms.
• Support the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +10years experience in construction procurement or a similar role
• Very good understanding of German procurement procedures for CSA, MEP
• Connected to German regional construction market
• After the onboarding period, part time remote is possible
• German language (speaking, writing) is a must
• Strong understanding of construction processes and procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
