Senior Manager Regional Operations (m/f/d)

Two senior leadership openings to run mission-critical operations for one of Europe's leading technical facility management providers. We are recruiting for two experienced Senior Manager Regional Operations leaders on behalf of a market-leading technical facility management (TFM) provider that operates complex utility and process systems for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and data centre sectors. This is a rare job opportunity to take full ownership of multi-site, 24/7 operations in some of Europe's most demanding high-tech environments.

We have two positions available:

• One focused on the Dresden region
• One with overall responsibility across Germany

The Role As Senior Manager Regional Operations, you will lead cross-site teams, own the operational P&L, and ensure the highest standards in safety, reliability and client satisfaction. You will be the senior point of accountability for uptime, EHS compliance and continuous improvement across your region.

• Full accountability for occupational safety and EHS/regulatory compliance
• Safe, efficient operation of complex technical systems (gas, chemical, UPW, electrical, utilities) in a 24/7 environment
• Leadership and development of cross-site teams, driving uptime and reliability
• Ownership of KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Growth
• Full budget control, forecasting, and support on proposals and contract adjustments
  
  Building strong client relationships, escalation management and performance reviews

• Engineering degree and 10+ years in Technical Facility Management or Operations within a high-tech environment - ideally the semiconductor / fab (FAS) market
• Proven leadership of operations or regional teams, with confident client-facing presence
• In-depth knowledge of technical utility systems (gas, chemicals, UPW) and EHS/safety standards
• Fluent German and very good English
• Willingness to travel approx. 40-50% (national and international projects)
