Digital Transformation Communication Manager

• Develop and implement change and communication strategies for complex transformations
• Understand stakeholders, identify change requirements, and derive effective measures
• Communicate complex IT and transformation topics clearly and appropriately in German and English
• Bring together C-level executives, management, business functions, and IT, and guide them through change
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and communication formats
• Develop change concepts that deliver sustainable results
• Advise clients independently and take ownership of outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in change management, communication, or transformation—ideally working directly with or for clients
• Strategic thinking, methodological expertise, and a strong drive for execution
• Confident presence at C-level and when interacting with IT teams
• Excellent German and English skills (C1)
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust
• Willingness to take responsibility, learn, and make an impact
• Integrity, discretion, proactivity, and reliability
