Management and further development of pricing for commercial lines of the worldwide ERGO companies

• Involvement in the development of creative strategies, data analysis and tariff calculation to improve local pricing standards, as well as support for individual companies through individual tariffs
• Comprehensive collaboration to further develop national and international tariffing tools and ensure best practices
• Responsibility for profit testing, compliance with governance requirements and ensuring revenue targets in commercial lines, supported by data analytics
• Evaluation and analysis of portfolios, tariffs and methodologies for optimisation
• Support for M&A initiatives by monitoring planned projects, incorporating data science

Experienced mathematician with expertise in calculating premiums and tariffs

• Degree in (business) mathematics or a similar subject, ideally with actuarial training (DAV)
• Several years of experience in premium and tariff calculation or risk modelling, particularly in commercial lines
• Knowledge of pricing and data mining tools (e.g. Emblem, Radar, ResQ, R, SAS)
• Strong team skills and intercultural and social skills, combined with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for international projects and good to very good knowledge of English
