Utilise your skills to enhance our actuarial infrastructure

Assume Product Ownership within ERGO Group’s central IFRS
17 actuarial system landscape.

Work closely with actuarial, accounting and IT teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product strategy and objectives are clearly understood.

Provide training and support for our entities during closings to effectively utilise our systems. Anticipate and address our customer needs.

Ensure that systems comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to promote system development and implementation.

Profile:

Motivated actuary with a keen interest for technical solutions

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics or a related quantitative field.

Several years of experience in actuarial science, preferably in reserving for P&C insurance. Experience in IFRS
17 is a plus.

Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and software.

Experience in product management or as a Product Owner is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
