What does your everyday look like?
  • Professional reception of the hotel guests, as well as competent advice and support.
  • Independently leading and managing shifts according to agreement and scheduling by the hotel management
  • You are responsible for the leadership, training and motivation of the employees in their shift.
  • You ensure a smooth operation at the reception and the perfect compliance with standards
  • Check‑in and check‑out as well as all front office tasks, such as invoicing and cash management
  • Control of debitors and creditors
  • Obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
  • Active cooperation with Housekeeping, Reservations and Service
  • Control functions - you are always up to date on the booking situation
  • Receipt and handling or forwarding of complaints
  • Upselling under consideration of the company's philosophy
