We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Organic Growth Lead to drive sustainable traffic and user acquisition for our online marketplace. You’ll own SEO strategy, lead content development, manage geo-targeted growth initiatives, and oversee a team of specialists.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Lead the content strategy and oversee the creation of high-impact, search-optimized content
• Drive geo-targeted growth by localizing SEO and content for key markets
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO/content specialists
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BI to align growth initiatives
• Analyze performance data, run tests, and report on KPIs to continuously optimize organic growth

• 5+ years of SEO & Content experience
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of tech seo, search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, Analytics tools
