As a Data Analyst, you transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions across Business and Finance teams. Beyond dashboarding, you uncover trends in market and operational performance, validate hypotheses, and shape how the organization understands opportunities within the Horeca sector. Through strong SQL skills, analytical depth, and cross‑functional collaboration, you enable confident, data‑driven decisions that drive product improvements, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

• Very good analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and in‑depth analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to partner cross‑functionally and prioritize requests.
• Experience improving metric definitions, documentation, and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality.
• Ability to identify data/process gaps and support the implementation of new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.

DISH has more than 350k customers across multiple countries, with a diverse team representing over 34 nationalities. Our products range from reservation solutions to payment terminals, providing a broad toolkit to independent, small to medium-sized restaurants to digitize their businesses. While we are approximately 200 employees at DISH, we closely collaborate with METRO and their countries to transform the Ho Re Ca  sector with our innovative solutions, making us a leader in this industry.

You would join a team of several members ranging from Data Analytics, Business Intelligence over to Analytics Engineering. In this role, you will take ownership of high-quality analyses, insights, and data products that enable confident, business critical decision‑making across the organization:

• Work closely with Business and Finance teams to understand goals, challenges, and data needs, translating broad questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain intuitive clear and reduce manual reporting effort.
• Write efficient SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data for deep dives, hypothesis validation, and recurring analytical needs.
• Act as an analytical partner for cross functional stakeholders, communicating insights effectively and managing and prioritizing incoming data requests.
• Improve metric definitions, documentation, and reporting consistency to enhance overall data quality and reliability.
• Identify data or process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the rollout of new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.
