Head of Applied Data Science; d​/f​/m

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, taking pride in solving complex business challenges and delivering high-quality data products
• Translate business goals into analytics objectives and execute transition from proof of concept to scalable production solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams
• Lead product teams in executing our Data &Analytics strategy while fostering an agile mindset and a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and shared accountability
• Explore emerging technologies with curiosity and passion, identifying opportunities to unlock their full potential andcreate business value
• Act as both a technical mentor and people manager,supporting the professional and personal growth of your team members
• Advance your team’s expertise, continuously deepen your knowledge to claim thought leadership in Data Science
• Establish yourself as a Data Science ambassador across business units and functions

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g. Physics,Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science);
  PhD is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics environment
• Solid track record of delivering data science products from idea to deployment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in at leastone of the following data science areas: supervised or unsupervisedmachine learning, optimization, statistical modelling, deep learning,time-series analysis, graph analytics for big data;
  Experience with AI isa plus
• Fluent in English
