SAP SD​/Order-to-Cash Consultant - Junior; m​/w​/d

As a Junior SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant, you will become part of our ERP team and support the further development and operation of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes within our SAP ERP landscape.

You will work closely with experienced SAP colleagues, business departments and key users to build up your knowledge in SAP SD, business processes, testing, documentation and daily business activities.

Through structured onboarding, shadowing with senior colleagues and dedicated SAP trainings, you will gradually grow into the SAP SD / Order-to-Cash area and contribute to our ERP roadmap and future S/4

HANA direction.

• Support daily business activities in the SAP SD / Order-to-Cash area
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting process needs
• Support experienced colleagues in support topics, daily business and project-related tasks
• Participate in testing, documentation and functional validation
• Work closely with key users, business departments and IT colleagues
• Build up knowledge in SAP SD standard processes such as order management, delivery, billing, returns and pricing
• Support the preparation and follow-up of workshops and process discussions
• Learn how SAP standard processes, customizing and integrations are used in our ERP landscape
• Support activities related to master data, customer data, pricing and conditions
• Gain first insights into integrations with related areas such as MM, FI, LE/WM and logistics
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation of existing solutions
• Support project activities along our ERP roadmap and future S/4

• Gain insights into adjacent end-to-end processes such as logistics, discrete manufacturing and transformation initiatives
• Develop step by step into an independent SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification or business experience
• Strong interest in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash and motivation to build up long-term expertise in this area
• Good understanding of business processes and interest in end-to-end process flows
• First experience in business processes, operations, customer service, sales, logistics or order processing is an advantage
• Experience as a key user in a business department is an advantage
• First experience with SAP, testing, documentation, support or project work is desirable, but not mandatory
• Analytical mindset and ability to structure topics clearly
• Strong willingness to learn and openness for transformation projects
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
