Responsibilities

Manage daily spare parts operations, including coordination of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

Ensure that warehouse processes follow company standards and support continuous improvement of operational workflows.

Maintain accurate and timely inbound outbound records in system as well as support process alignment with IT and logistics teams.

Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock accuracy, and support regular cycle counts or audits.

Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to ensure efficient spare parts availability and order fulfillment.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or spare parts operations (European experience preferred).

Familiar with WMS. Exposure to SAP, SF or EDI systems is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Willingness to travel, with valid European driving licence.

Proficient in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
