• Logistics Experience Management:
  Own the end-to-end logistics experience for merchants and consumers across the UK and European markets. Establish and continuously improve the experience metrics framework, investigate logistics pain points, identify root causes, and drive improvement initiatives through implementation;
• Platform Logistics Solutions:
  Design merchant-facing and consumer-facing logistics solutions for the e-commerce platform. Integrate 4PL, 3PL, and other logistics service capabilities; lead the design of platform logistics rules, business processes, service standards, and exception-handling mechanisms; and continuously improve delivery promise communication, logistics tracking visibility, merchant shipping, returns, and other forward and reverse fulfilment capabilities;
• Core Capability Development:
  Develop solutions based on the business characteristics, user needs, and industry practices of the UK and European markets. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement key initiatives, including pickup and drop-off (PUDO) solutions and cross-border trade (CBT) segmented networks, while driving the evolution of logistics models and improvements in fulfilment efficiency.

The Supply Chain and Logistics team develops stable and efficient logistics infrastructure to support business growth and global expansion. Through business planning, logistics strategy, and solution design, the team continuously improves operational efficiency and the fulfilment experience for merchants and consumers. We are looking for talented individuals to join the Europe Logistics Solutions and Experience Operations team. This role will lead logistics experience management and platform solution design across the UK and European markets, working closely with country operations, network operations, merchant operations, Product, and other teams to improve the logistics experience for merchants and consumers.

• At least five years of experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfilment operations, or logistics solution design.
• Strong understanding of the logistics experience of e-commerce merchants and consumers, with familiarity across key scenarios including 4PL, 3PL, and forward and reverse fulfilment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking; able to use logistics NPS, fulfilment timeliness, service quality, and other metrics to identify root causes and drive improvement initiatives through implementation.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, resource coordination, and project delivery skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with a leading e-commerce platform, an international logistics company, or in the UK and European markets.
• Experience in delivery promise communication, logistics tracking visibility, merchant shipping rules, or logistics governance.
