Spare Parts Coordinator

接收、审核并跟进代理商、服务商的备件需求及订单，确保订单信息准确、处理及时并按计划交付。

快速响应代理商及服务商的备件查询与需求，提供备件信息、库存状态、交付进度等支持。

根据备件消耗、维修需求及库存情况，协助制定备件补货、调拨和分配计划，优化区域库存配置。

跟进备件出入库、发货及物流状态，协调仓储与物流资源，及时处理延误、错发、丢件等异常情况。

维护与代理商、服务商的日常沟通，及时处理订单、备件及物流相关问题，推动问题闭环。

维护备件订单、库存、调拨及交付数据，定期输出库存、缺件、订单时效、满足率及周转情况等相关报表。

参与库存盘点，协助分析库存差异、缺货、呆滞库存等问题，并推动改善措施落实。

与售后、技术、采购、仓储、物流、质量及销售等团队紧密协作，持续优化备件供应及订单履约流程。

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、机械、电子、国际贸易等相关专业优先。

2. 具备备件管理、订单管理、物流、仓储或供应链相关工作经验；有机器人、智能硬件、工程机械、汽车或消费电子行业经验者优先。
