Position Overview

As Senior Project Manager within the In-House Strategy & Innovation team, you will play a key role in driving high-impact strategic and transformation projects across the global business. You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and lead innovation projects that support the company’s long-term vision.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work remotely up to four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic and innovation projects, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and change management.
• Collaborate with business units and corporate functions to develop data-driven strategies that enhance performance, drive growth, and accelerate innovation.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials to the Management Board and other senior stakeholders.
• Support the incubation and scaling of new business models, partnerships, and technologies.
• Act as a thought partner to the Head of Strategy & Innovation, contributing to the team’s evolving priorities and methodologies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or a corporate strategy / innovation role in a complex, global environment.
• Experience in the chemicals, industrials, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, think strategically, and drive execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English (German a strong plus).
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
