What You’ll Do- Own and execute data‑driven growth marketing programs for assigned industry segments, products, and customer base, especially in DACH and European volume markets.
- Build customer and market insights – personas, segmentation, differentiated messaging – and translate commercial objectives into measurable growth plans across awareness, demand, and pipeline.
- Design, optimize, and scale multi‑channel growth campaigns across paid and organic channels, web, trade media, and content marketing, with clear performance and ROI tracking.
- Work closely with sales, market development, and product management as a trusted growth partner, aligning marketing with business targets and funnel performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new approaches, sharing best practices, and contributing to scalable tools, frameworks, and marketing technologies, while maintaining alignment with the global brand platform.
- Relevant
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or marketing communications. - Proven experience in data‑driven demand generation and funnel optimization, ideally in volume‑driven or European markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; additional languages considered a plus.
- Growth‑oriented mindset: curiosity, experimentation, and a focus on measurable impact across the customer acquisition funnel.
- Hands‑on experience with content marketing, digital campaigns, and AI‑enabled marketing tools.
- Collaboration and execution: structured project management skills and confidence to work closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders.
