At Synpulse, our Recruiting team combines a unique blend of Headhunting, Storytelling and Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service and partnership to the business. Our team's mission is defined by two primary objectives: firstly, to connect the finest talent available in the market with Synpulse, and secondly, to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience.

• You will lead the recruiting function for the German office and work closely with the Country Head and the leadership team to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
• You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of Sourcing, Qualification and Process Management
• You will actively source candidates with the use of Linked In, social media channels and alternative search techniques.
• You will actively build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• You will measure and report on recruiting metrics by consistently utilizing and maintaining data within the ATS
• You will provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trends
• You will provide a seamless candidate experience through each stage of the process and champion our employer brand throughout
• This role will primarily focus on recruiting in Germany, while also providing support to other locations as needed, in alignment with business priorities
