• Shipment coordination and processing for air freight export & import
• Shipment tracking and order review
• Rate negotiations and placing orders with airlines
• Preparation of freight documents as well as freight invoices and outgoing invoices
• Preparation, monitoring, and checking of customs documents
• Monitoring compliance with dangerous goods regulations
• Monitoring of transport processes and loading of cargo (sometimes also on site)
• Checking incoming invoices
• Creation of reports
• Comprehensive cost control for every transport
• Customer support, mainly in English
• Controlling, monitoring, and reporting on current project status

• Completed studies in forwarding and logistics services
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the air freight sector
• Professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment
• Experience in export/import/cross trades, air freight, sea freight and land transport
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Cost-conscious behavior and reliability
• High customer service awareness

• Communication skills and sociability
• Independent and goal-oriented work
• §7 Aviation security check
• Completed IATA CAT 6 dangerous goods training
