Assistant to SVP Group Transformation; f​/m​/x

• Coordination of all key transformation governance forums, including Steer Co and leadership sessions
• Ensuring structured preparation across all forums: agenda setting, input alignment, and timely availability of materials
• Tracking of decisions and consistent follow-up across all governance bodies
• Cross-functional coordination across TCT, programs, and clusters, aligning inputs, timelines, and dependencies
• Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Transformation Control Tower
• Maintaining structured information flows and a single source of truth for all transformation materials across programs, TCT, and leadership

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Several years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or executive assistance in complex transformation or large-scale programs
• Proven experience managing governance formats: preparation, facilitation, follow-up
• Highly structured, independent working style with a strong quality mindset
• Proficient with modern collaboration and PM tools (e.g. PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet)
• Excellent English skills and strong German proficiency (written and spoken)
• Diplomatic skill in navigating stakeholders across all organizational levels
