With us, you will be responsible for keeping track of all payment flows, bookings and settlements for our properties. You will ensure correct bookings, timely settlements and reliable figures - supported by modern software, short decision-making processes and a team that sticks together.

• Accounting support for our residential and commercial properties
• Rental and payment management
• Recording and checking of invoices and reconciliation of accounts
• Creation of invoices and support with economic planning
• Maintaining processes and data in our management software
• Communication with all parties involved - by phone, in writing and in person
• Collaboration with property managers and external partners

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d), a successfully completed degree with a real estate focus or a comparable qualification (real estate specialist m/f/d, Certified administrator m/f/d)
• Multiple years of professional experience in real estate management
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
• Structured, independent way of working and organizational talent
• Sure handling of common Office-programs - experience with property management software an advantage (ideally Impower & iDWELL)
• Interested, to take on responsibility and to develop professionally and personally
