• develop and maintain BIM data standards and governance frameworks for large-scale EPC and digital engineering projects
• define and implement OpenBIM and IFC-based data structures to ensure consistent and scalable data exchange across platforms
• create and manage Information Delivery Specifications (IDS) and establish BIM model validation workflows
• drive BIM data quality, interoperability and consistency across projects through structured quality assurance processes
• support BIM platform integration with enterprise systems and automate BIM-related workflows using APIs, scripting and digital solutions

• hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT or a related field
• bring experience in BIM, Digital Engineering or data-driven project environments
• have strong expertise in IFC, OpenBIM standards, IDS, BIM model validation and BIM data governance
• possess hands‑on experience with BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Forma or similar solutions, as well as a solid understanding of data modeling and system integration
• are highly proficient in German and fluent in English and combine strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an affinity for automation, APIs and digital workflows
