MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

• 3 year’s work experience in relevant field
• genuine interest in Automotive Sector / Vehicle Mangement
• Automotive experience beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Language skills (English essential, German / Korean advantageous)
• Ability to thoroughly analyse data, develop/recommend strategies and prepare reports/presentations
• Ability to work in cross functional and international teams, internationally open-minded
• Ability to work with relevant IT systems.(ex. SAP)
• Driving license for PKW
• Basic Technical skills

You will support MOBIS Accessory Development Department in the following tasks:

• Coordinate budget transfer to the required GL Account in order to get the incoming invoices paid in the required time frame
• Finalize month end Budget transfer in time
• Provide Budget report after month end closing
• Provide the information at the time when it is required in the best and understandable way for the customer
• Initiate Additional Budget request if required with the Necessary documentation
• prepare weekly presentations and summaries
• Fitting-check in the car
