PCC Prodex GmbH develops, produces and processes high-quality polyurethane foams for various applications under the Plasthan® brand name.

To expand our team at the Essen site, we are looking for you as a

Working Foreman Production (m/f/d).

• Responsibility for the daily management and monitoring of the production process in the manufacture and finishing of PU foams
• Technical leadership and motivation of a team of 6-7 production employees
• Employee deployment planning and creation of shift schedules
• Monitoring the timely completion of orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production specifications
• Proficient handling of all foam processing machines in operation (e.g. splitting blocks, laminating sheets, cutting, milling)
• Support in the induction of new employees and training of the team
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Documentation of relevant production data and reporting to production management

• Completed technical or industrial-commercial training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician
• Several years of professional experience in production, ideally with leadership experience
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of production processes
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, user knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision or SAP)
• Assertiveness, organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Team player with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
